"Failed to offer an appointment"

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Ovarian mass - size 32cm - discovered at The Royal Liverpool via CT scan.

Was supposed to have referral to The Womens gynaecological team. The Womens know about this condition and have left it.

The cyst now has severe symptoms. The Womens still fail to offer an appointment to address this, as it needs to be surgically removed.

Surgeon at The Royal and my GP have been contacting The Womens stating how urgent it is, with no success. I feel the Womens have continued to bury their head in the sand.

This cyst has been noted as possible cancer since last year and they have done nothing despite knowing about it. I am now taking this issue further as there is no appointment to this day, despite it now considered as a medical emergency.
