(as the patient),

I had occasion to use my local GP Practice (Tayview Medical Practice) following surgery for Dupuytren's Contracture on my hand. My surgery has necessitated frequent dressings on my hand to prevent infection and aid healing.

I have been treated throughout by the practice nurse Gail (I hope that's the correct spelling) and she has been an absolute credit to her profession and the NHS in general. 

On each occasion Gail has been extremely professional coupled with a warm and caring nature and has answered any questions I had promptly and in an easy to understand fashion.

I still have a few weeks before my recovery is complete but cannot praise Gail highly enough for all her help.
