"The worst appointment of my life"

I was referred by my GP to a dermatologist at Health Harmonie in Stratford upon Avon. After waiting months for an appointment (on hold for hours - they don't answer phone and still blaming unexpected call volumes from Covid 3 years later!) I went to the appointment. It was the most awful experience - called into a room with doctor sitting behind a giant desk and looking at me with disdain. I couldn't understand a word she said as she was softly spoken with strong accent and when I asked her to repeat she made me feel stupid. Room also had a boy in it doing her "admin" and he was very rude and no explanation of who he was or why he was there even though I had to strip off my clothes. The doctor couldn't be bothered to explain diagnosis to me - simply told me to get a prescription but machine was broken so they would call me to arrange where to pick up medicine. I sought clarification but the boy just snapped me an answer to wait for call. Stared at me until I left. I cried the moment I got out. I waited days for a phone call and nobody bothered calling. Health Harmonie phone lines a pain and when they answer they are unhelpful. Left in distress with painful rash and no idea what to do now. Thanks NHS - I've always been an avid supporter but you are really failing if this is the best you can do with your doctors. No care, compassion, service - can't believe I waited months and months for this in pain/discomfort.
