I recently had a skin lesion removed under local anaesthetic in the Dermatology department at Stirling Community Hospital.
I was greeted cheerfully by the chap at the Dermatology check in desk and was taken spot on time to the treatment room. The procedure was performed by Dermatologist, Dr. Waddell, assisted by Vicki, Dermatology Nurse.I was nervous, but Vicki and James were down to earth and reassured me. I was able to ask questions and chat throughout the procedure. Getting the local anaesthetic was a little uncomfortable, but was over fairly quickly. After that, I felt no pain, although I was aware of what was going on.Everything was carried out thoroughly and professionally. I was very grateful to be treated as kindly and expertly.Thank you again!
