About: The Lawson Practice

(as the patient),

Dear sir

I try to make an appointment for my wife and that day I had an appointment and I talk with doctor and they said I have to speak with receptionist but I was ignored and the receptionist did not make a appointment for my wife.

I don’t know how to use online and try to make an appointment for my wife and been waiting for appointments nearly 3 months.

I did not find this receptionist helpful

Regarding requesting for appointments online, we understand that not everyone is familiar with the online system. You can always call or visit the practice to request an appointment, as you mentioned. However, if you would like to learn how to use the online system, please ask the reception manager who can explain the steps in detail.
