About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit New Victoria Hospital / X-rays and scans

(as the patient),

I came in with broken hand and damaged wrist and ankle. Struggled in pain. I attended x-rays. The nurses in New Victoria Hospital Clinic F were polite helpful and very caring. Greeting you with a smile guiding yiu at every step till you leave. Dr India was very kind and informative. The x-ray team were also very helpful. Glad to see our nhs team performing so well. Thankyou.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was sorry to hear you had to attend hospital after experiencing a broken hand and damaged wrist and ankle. I can only begin to imagine how painful this would have been so to hear you felt supported by our staff was very heart warming.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to Dr India and the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a pleasant experience while under their care.
