"Great doctors but rude receptionists"

Booking an appointment in this surgery is extremely hard, you wait 1.5 hours on the phone and are put in the queue. When I finally got through to the receptionist, she didn’t let me even speak about my issue and kept saying all 5 clinics are fully booked. She then said that it’s a first come first serve service and when I tried explaining that I’ve been trying since 8am (as I was told by this same receptionist) she said that it is now 09:30 and I was too late. This is frustrating as you wait more than an hour on the phone for an appointment and because of the queue you can't even get one, then get blamed that you didn’t call from 8am.

When I finally got an appointment after a week of trying and deteriorating conditions, my doctor was so caring and very helpful. Its a shame that the receptionists at this practice aren’t welcoming and rude.
