"What an amazing team made up of amazing professionals"

About: Enhanced Care / Acute Care at Home

(as a carer),

My father, who has a complex medical history, has been provided with excellent, timely and  professional care by this team. The kindness given to my father has made a tough time easier for him.

We have always been communicated with and my father appreciates so much being able to remain at home with carers and nurses who know him.

What an amazing team made up of amazing professionals  - all the nurses and Dr Chris and Dr Cormac. Thank you.

I'm very reassured that the team were able to care for your father at home through this difficult time for him. Home is always the best place to recuperate.
