(as the patient),

I had travelled by bus with my son (id had a bad fall at work the previous day) from Kirriemuir to Perth which took us 4hrs, I was slightly early for my appointment.  A lovely lady made us both a cup of tea as I still had 40mins until my appointment time. Once in my appointment I was met by Dr Neil and Yvonne. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.  Everything was explained to me and what choices I had. I was very nervous and they made me feel comfortable and calm. The service was fantastic and I thank them for this. Yvonne also asked if I'd like another cuppa as she knew I had another 4 hours to get home again.

Again, brilliant service, warm welcome and spotlessly clean
