Story by family member of patient:

"Thank you so much for the wonderful care and attention shown to mammy recently. You gave us great support and guidance.  Mammy died at home as she had wished - your care helped make this possible. Thank you for everything."

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mum however to hear she got her wish to stay at home in her last days is comforting for you all.

The team at all times aim to keep and treat patients at home and always take their views and wishes into consideration.
