Story by wife of patient:
"I cannot praise this service enough. The nurses, doctors and pharmacist gave us the best care possible, and a lot of assurance at a very stressful time in our lives. They were all, without a doubt, the most caring and professional in all they did for us and I had total confidence that my husband was getting the best care possible at home. It is my desire that he remains at home and this acute care service is invaluable. Many thanks."

Thanks for your feedback.
The team aim to prevent hospital admission for all patients and treat at home where possible. To hear your husband was able to be treated at home is great.
The staff deliver the best and most effective care available and as a multidisciplinary team we work closely together to improve services.
