I attended for a routine day-case gynae procedure in August. At every juncture - the initial consultation, the investigations, the procedure itself and the follow-up - I was treated by everyone I met with professionalism & respect, and kindness too. I can honestly say that I had the best experience possible, and would like to go on record to that effect, and to express my thanks to all involved. Thanks for the opportunity to do this; good everyday experiences about the NHS rarely get exposure.
