Emergency appointment in the Eye Dept obtained an hour or so after ringing in. Lovely staff and very professional care throughout. By 7 pm in the evening the retinal problem had been dealt with, by laser, and I am left throughly impressed by, and extremely grateful for, the outstanding care and attention received. Very many thanks to all!
