About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Discharge Lounge Craigavon Area Hospital / ENT and Urology inpatient West 1

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Treated very well in 1 West and now in Discharge Lounge and everyone has been great with me - doctors, nurses and all staff have all done their bit for me.

Mirrors could be put up in 1 West, that is my only complaint, apart from that the treatment I have received has been tremendous.

Very good experience in Discharge Lounge, kept nice and clean and tidy all over the Hospital. 

I  would like to thank all staff for their hard work and dedication and everything they have done for me.  No Physio needed, but I am sure they would do their best for me too.

Food is excellent, can't say a bad word about any of it and good variety to choose from.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your positive experience on 1West. There is a mirror in the male toilets but I have raised a request with estates to get a mirror put up in the single disabled access toilet at the bottom of the ward.

I shall share your feedback with all the team and wish you well in your continued recovery.
