The online group this morning was really good.  Caroline did a fab job covering for Emma who was on annual leave.  It was a lovely atmosphere with all the other ladies that attended and the 80th birthday fantasy exercise was very beneficial to me.

Mels,

I'm so glad that you enjoyed the ACT group with Caroline. She is a very experienced practitioner who has great belief and passion in the ACT model and this comes across in her sessions.

I hope you continue to enjoy the ACT groups moving forwards.
