I visited the Minor Injuries Unit this week. The receptionist was quite off hand although reasonably quick. The nurse practitioner was very quick, professional, friendly, clear and helpful with a swift diagnosis, clear advice and recommendations for treatment, and equally clear answers to my questions. I waited about an hour. It was lunchtime and I noticed that one of the nurse practitioners left - presumably for lunch - but it must have been a quick one because she was back within half an hour, so good for her. Good service.
