"Treated with respect and compassion"

About: Causeway Hospital / Accident & Emergency Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a relative),

My grandmother was admitted with a fractured hip, following a 4.5 hour wait for an ambulance.

The nurses and doctors in Causeway A&E were exceptional. They made her warm and comfortable quickly.

The quality of care she received was amazing and they treated her with respect and compassion despite how busy the department was. Thank you so much for all you do
