"Lovely, thorough and knowledgeable"

I have Sjogrens, which means that my hands are inflamed. During flare ups it’s hard to do things and I didn’t know whether to rest them or power on through.

Caitriona was so helpful to me. She spent time really understanding the impact of the inflammation and was able to show me the inflamed tendons and joints: I was having a good day and thought that there was no swelling. She gave me such practical and helpful advice to help me manage the frustrations, and the Versus Arthritis leaflets are great. She also told me that my hands were good architecturally! I think that’s a slogan for a T-shirt. But also good news to know that I haven’t done damage.

I’ve already put her advice into practice every day; it has changed how I work my way through my to-do lists and activities. Caitriona was lovely, very thorough and knowledgeable. She has really helped me and I feel more confident about dealing with my Sjogrens inflammation.
