"Every single person who looked after my girl was fantastic"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Day surgery Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Dental

(as a carer),

My daughter had a day surgery appointment recently for dental treatment. I’m sorry but I cannot remember any of the staffs name from the day but every single person who looked after my girl was fantastic, from the Nursing staff, theatre staff, anaesthetist and dental surgeon.

You all helped my daughter cope well on that day and made it as nice an experience as possible - so thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment your daughter received from our staff was to a high standard and she felt well cared for.

I can fully appreciate how nervous she would have been prior to attending the hospital so to hear the staff made her feel comfortable and at ease from the minute she walked through the door was very heart warming.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the staff who I'm sure will be touched to hear she had such a pleasant experience while under their care.

A visit to the dentist can be daunting, regardless of the reason for the visit and I was pleased to read of you and your daughter's positive experience.
