"Friendly, compassionate, informative and caring team"

I arrived early at the Eye Unit to be checked out for Glaucoma and booked in a reception. I was directed to the waiting room area. Someone hadn't arrived on time so I was seen earlier than I expected (the other person subsequently arrived late and had my appointment slot).

The whole 2 hour series of eye assessments by three different members of the team ran smoothly, efficiently and effectively. The entire team worked hard , were friendly, compassionate, informative and caring.

I felt well assessed and cared for with the Lead Mrs Reynolds explaining every part of the assessments she and the team were carrying out. Her final explanation of my eye care was informative and comprehensive.

I was impressed by the slick processing of patients through the required assessments within the busy Eye Unit, all done with a friendly, informative style. Thank you A. Parkes and Mrs Reynolds in particular.
