About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Covid Outpatient & treatment service

(as a service user),

I am in the clinically vulnerable group and tested positive for Covid last night. I contacted my GP this morning who put a referral through to the mMAB team in the Royal. I received a call from the Doctor Jacque to come up for an appointment and some treatment.

Jacque and Pat, the nurses, are two of life's gentlemen. Couldn't have been more kind, compassionate and caring in their approach throughout my visit. They talked through the treatment options and plan in detail and checked my consent at all steps along the way. Paul checked in regularly on me throughout. I was exceptionally well looked after.
