Collete was absolutely fantastic in her efforts to support me on my breastfeeding journey. Initially in the hospital I felt the breastfeeding went ok, however as I moved from hospital to home the real challenge began of managing every feed on my own.
I had at that point not grasped right technique to use, which lead to soreness and later onto painful feeds - when I called Breastfeeding Support I received help immediately over the phone and within a few hours in-person.
Thanks to the quick assistance I managed to continue with breastfeeding, to continue to solely feed my infant through breast milk. I am forever grateful for the help NHS Fife Breast Feeding Support team provided me on this journey.
