"I feel like I've been swept under the rug"

About: The Hoxton Surgery

(as a service user),

I had a telephone consultation time booked in mid September regarding a skin tag on my left forearm. I had a missed phone call which was half an hour after the time given and whilst I was at an occupational health appointment booked through work.

I received a text message by the doctor asking me to contact reception to  rearrange. I called Hoxton Surgery reception to speak to the doctor, they called back shortly afterwards saying that the doctor will not accept me today and that I have to make another appointment.

I feel like I've been swept under the rug because the doctor didn't make the telephone appointment which the surgery had organised. I feel that I've been made to feel that it is my fault that I missed the telephone consultation because I was at another appointment for work and was not available for a telephone consultation which was thirty minutes later than arranged.
