"How well i was treated while i was getting my dressing changed over 11 weeks"

About: Angus Community Treatment and Care Centres (CTACS) / CTACS Hub - Links HC Montrose

(as a service user),

I had an amazing experience at links health centre care and treatment centre over the past 11 weeks. I've been going there 3 times a week to get my dressing changed and they have been kind and caring not only about my physical health but my mental health as well, as I suffer from mental health problems. But they have all been amazing even the receptionists were lovely and everyone was so kind they always made me feel at ease and they knew when I was in pain

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback on Care Opinion for Angus CTAC. I am pleased to hear your nursing care was an amazing experience.

I am sorry to hear that you required the treatment and you suffer mental health issues, but so glad that you found the nurses and receptionists kind and caring.

We are a new service and strive to work well as a team to have a positive impact on people’s care, so this feedback reassures us that we are providing a high standard of care. I will pass this onto to all the staff at Montrose and across the Angus CTAC teams.
