The most amazing service. I called my GP and within a week I had a telephone appointment with Gail. She was so kind and helpful. Gail saw me in person the following week, did a thorough assessment of my knee. Gail explained what she thought the issue was, gave me some exercises to do and referred me to go for a walk in X-ray appointment. I went for the X-ray and the following day Gail called me but I missed call as I was busy. Gail tried again and got me the next day and explained the results of the X-ray and what I should do if my knee got worse. Amazing, thank you Gail.

I'm delighted to hear that Gail has been so kind and helpful and was also able to phone you so promptly with the results of your x-ray.
