The new Art Group at the Basingstoke hub was so good this week. I loved the theme, great fun and banter with everyone and all the staff who attended and joined in.
It would be great if it could be longer, 1 hour flies by too quickly!

It's fantastic to hear that the new Art Group is being received well, we are getting lots of positive feedback about it. When we next review the progress of the group, we will certainly take into consideration the attendance and duration.
Taking time to relax and be mindful through the medium of Art can be extremely beneficial to individuals recovery journey's, with the bonus of meeting with others with shared experiences in a relaxed environment.
