About: General practices in Tayside

(as a service user),

Over the years I have struggled with mental health and a lot of various and repeating physical injuries. 

Recently I have had 1 specific illness that keeps coming back and the doctors have helped prepare and plan ahead to reduce the impact it has on my life. 
The staff at Muirhead medical centre have always given 100% to be helpful and understanding and find the best treatment possible. They have been great with me and my family over the years and more importantly the last 3 years. 
The receptionists and doctors are very welcoming and approachable and it really feels like they care and are listening.
I honestly can’t thank them enough and I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for their help.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about Muirhead Medical Centre. Feedback is very valuable to all areas of the NHS, and I'm sure their staff will be delighted to hear that your experience there has been positive. As each GP Practice is an independent business, we would recommend that you feedback your experience directly to the practice to allow this to be passed on to the staff. The Practice Manager there can give you with details of how to provide this feedback to them, as per their Complaints and Feedback Policy.
