(as the patient),

Had an abscess that required drainage. The surgeon was great and very informative, the nurses were very helpful and kind.

In my opinion, there was a lot of inferior staff in the same ward a year before, but thankfully they weren’t working there this year and the staff that were working were very good and professional.
