Very positive experience on the whole.
Well aware the service is for a certain amount of time. Mother is improving although not sure we are on the right track yet as still up and down. From her prospective the Team stopped visiting too early, although I am not doubting the professional judgement.
Very pleased with the service overall. As a family it was very reassuring to know someone was visiting regularly. Thank you.
