About: Angus Community Treatment and Care Centres (CTACS) / CTAC Hub - Arbroath Infirmary

(as a service user),

As part of ongoing treatment for severe osteoporosis I am required to have regular blood tests. 

I have to phone the infirmary to make an appointment, mostly the phone is answered promptly and I am offered a range of appointments in order that I can choose the day and time that suits me best. The individuals answering the phone are always very friendly and pleasant.

The actual appointments ware always on time. 

On every occasion bar one I have been seen by the same person, Michael. He is charming, friendly and chatty. The blood tests are done quickly and efficiently. 

Visiting Arbroath Infirmary is always a pleasant experience.

I am sorry to hear you have severe osteoporosis requiring treatment, however, it is great to hear you find our service efficient from point of contacting, making the appointment and attending the department.
