"I went in for an operation and it was actually an enjoyable experience"

I went in for an operation and the staff couldn’t have been any nicer or any more helpful. 

All of the staff I had the pleasure of meeting were so caring and helpful and very professional and were able to keep me in a happy and relaxed mood with their positive and friendly attitudes. 

I can’t thank all of the porters, trainees, nurses, doctors, anaesthetists, and the surgeons enough. 

They really helped me feel at ease as I had a really bad experience at a different hospital previously and I wish that every ward in every hospital was like this. 

It’s a strange feeling when you are discharged but want to stay because the people were so nice to you.
