About: General Practices in Grampian

(as the patient),

I had to call my GP recently regarding a medical mater. I could not get a GP appointment with the GP however I got to see the nurse practitioner Karen. What a lovely caring nurse, she certainly knows her job and how to put a patient at ease.

Karen called me yesterday and gave me an update on my infection and enquire how I was, now you don't get that often!

Dear phle65,

This is lovely feedback to be able to share with the GP Practice - I'm sure Karen will be delighted to hear she helped you feel at ease and how the update she provided was really appreciated.

Most of the GP Practices in Grampian and independently run and don't routinely access the feedback on the Care Opinion system - but I would like to share it with them. Would you mind contacting me directly with the name of the practice? Either by email kirsten.dickson@nhs.scot or telephone / text on 07885720267. I wouldn't pass on any of your details to the practice.

Take care,

Kirsten
