"Waiting time mis information"

About: The Nightingale Practice

(as the patient),

Signed myself in on time - machine said practice nurse was running about 3 minutes late. Then she called someone else and, even after that person had emerged, there was still another hiatus of 5 minutes. Eventually seen 30 minutes after appointment time. Nice apology, which I accepted - actual appointment was fine. Is there something wrong with the time estimate part of the system?
