Called at exactly 08:00hrs as a newly registered patient to arrange setting up repeat prescriptions as a diabetic patient.

Waited 40mins for the phone to be answered.

First available appointment to do repeats 9th Oct as a phone call, unable to tell me when they’d call, and told this is likely to be from a withheld number. Totally inappropriate for those who work to not be given a time. Surgery doesn’t open at weekends so can’t access appointments at an appropriate time.

Can’t access the online systems, despite being told repeatedly by recorded messages on phone, the NHS App only allows me to book a flu vaccination.

It’s about time practices stepped up and provided access to patients that meets the needs of the patient not the needs of the practice.
