About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Endoscopy

(as a relative),

I just wanted to log the kind efficient care my 85 year old mother-in- law, who was nervous about the procedure, received .

The care was outstanding - in particular the nurse who took all the details and the registrar who explained the procedure. A model of kind care, attention to detail and utter professionalism, and clear empathetic communication throughout. I have failed to get names, but thank you, you made a real difference this morning.
