About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Maternity care (Ward 31)

(as the patient),

An excellent class provided by the RAH on Hypnobirthing. This has helped me to feel a lot more confident, calm & in control of the impending birth of my second child after a traumatic first birth experience. Arlene & Laura were so friendly, helpful & supportive & their guidance & knowledge has been empowering for both me & my Husband.
