"I felt at ease from beginning to end of my treatment"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Went into Hollybank ward for day case surgery on both feet.

The care I received by everyone was outstanding.  Nothing was too much trouble. All staff were very friendly and professional.  

Special thanks to my allocated nurse Lara for her care. 

I felt at ease from beginning to end of my treatment
