Find the Women's Group very helpful.  I would have said need longer but happy that this has now been changed to an hour.

It's great to hear that you find the women's group so helpful and that increasing the times that it runs has been beneficial.

Having a safe place to share your experiences, thoughts and feelings is really important and a good source of support from others with shared experiences!
