"PAW staff have great understanding of babies"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Paediatric Ambulatory Ward (PAW)

(as a parent/guardian),

PAW has a great department which is well kept. The cleaning staff seem very busy all the time. The treatment is great and I am so glad my son has been took here. The staff are great and know what they are doing. I can see they all have years of experience and use it to their advantage. The way they interacted with my son was amazing.

PAW staff have great understanding of babies.

Hello mercuryqq63

Thank you for sharing your kind words via Care Opinion and I am delighted to read that you have had such a positive experience within our Short Stay Assessment Unit. The staff will be overwhelmed by your feedback and it is wonderful to hear that you felt so well supported throughout your visit. The domestic team truly take such pride in their work so this acknowledgement will mean so much to them.

I hope your son has improved and I wish you both all the very best.

Kind regards,

Jodie
