Great service for patient with dementia- patient was referred through NIAS.

Thanks for your feedback.

The acute care at home/ hospital at home work extremely well with the NIAS and have a growing referral pathway. Nursing patients with dementia at home is vital as it helps reduce their confusion and they ca stay with their own family.

I will pass on your feedback to all the staff.
