(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My care in  here has been good so far i feel like i have been well; looked after ever since i was admitted a few weeks ago. Staff are kind and have been helpful to its nice having them so close by and there always helpful. At times I struggle to understand them but i get most of it. I've also been using virtual visiting which is good and very helpful as i have family that don't live close by
