I have been impressed with the level of care I have received in 4 north. I have been availing of the virtual visiting which has proven a great facility as I have family who live across the water so cannot visit. The staff have been really pleasant and understanding of my queries. I am quite anxious but they do help to put me at ease. The food is nice, it is very clean and I am content where I am situated as I am close to the desk if I need anything. Thank you to everyone on 4 north for your help.

I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the area when waiting in the main corridor for my husband to come out of an appointment. It is quite large and spacious with substantial seating and the shop has a surprisingly large variety. There is a noticeable draft, but that is to be expected with the level of footfall in and out of ED. The toilets appear clean which is pleasant also. I have no complaints.
