"The communication is great"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 3 South

(as a service user),

I have been in hospital for several weeks on ward 3 south and everything has been going well. Each and every member of staff are brilliant and have provided good care, the communication is great and always inform me of any updates etc. I really enjoy the girls who deliver my food as they are great craic and I will definitely say they brighten my day.

In general, the food has been very good, occasionally the toast has been slightly cold, but I appreciate the vast numbers that have to be catered to. The ward is totally immaculate, so it is a pleasant environment to be in. Thank you to everyone who has helped me over the last few weeks.
