"Triggerred and abandoned "

I was told I had PTSD from a student with a tutor listening on a laptop covered with paper. I was made to relive the image that kept popping into my mind by writing down when, where, how I was feeling, what was I doing. This was many times a day for a few weeks. I felt a lot worse, but I knew that CBT has worked in the past and trusted their guidance. Then I was told to go in,to have a humiliating conversation that could have been had over the phone...I was told that because I drink at night (my coping mechanism, I work,it doesn't affect my life and they knew this from the start)some nonesense about CBT not working when it worked 15 years ago when I was a full blown addict of a lot of things, including alcohol. I was told that I could work it out myself. I feel like I was used as a guinea pig for the student and abandoned. I felt hopeless on my way home. This could have pushed someone over the edge if they weren't in a good place. I am fine, but I suspect that there are only a few reviews because people are not allowed to say certain words on the NHS review site
