My elderly father was taken ill recently, I phoned local GP he can out and said he had some kind of infection and he would pass me on to Hospital at Home. I had never heard of this service.

Within an hour or so Denise one if the nurses arrived. She was so kind to both my father and myself explaining everything at length. Nothing was too much trouble for her she took all the relevant tests and said she would arrange for a zimmer frame to aid my father.

Later that day the Doctor came and issued antibiotic for him, again nothing was too much trouble later again that day another nurse brought a zimmer frame and done some more bloods. 

My dad was seen again by anther nurse 24 hrs later again all nothing too much trouble. Nurse Denise came back out to check again and was delighted with the improvement in my dad and on her report and agreement with the doctor they have passed his care back to the GP.

I can’t thank Hospital at Home enough. They made my father's recovery much quicker and so much easier for him as he was able to stay in his own home. I would recommend this service 100% to anyone. Thank you
