About: Kings Cross Health and Community Care Centre / Audiology Service

(as a service user),

This week I attended a much needed hearing review and check of my hearing aids, only to discover both my aids were not working correctly.  The staff at Audiology Kingscross Hospital were fantastic, they provided new and improved hearing aids, addressed all my questions and concerns and I left the department hearing much better and with a big smile.

Good Afternoon Leszj79

Thank you so much for taking the time to place a response on Care Opinion. I am so pleased to hear that during your much needed hearing review you received improved hearing aids, had all your concerns addressed and left the Department hearing much better and with a smile on your face.

Patient feedback is so important to the staff within the Audiology Department and we hold departmental huddles twice a week where we can feedback back all of the lovely things that are said about our staff and the service we offer.

If you could email me your name and date of birth to Tay.audiology@nhs.scot for my attention, I can personally pass on your kind words to the Audiologist who saw you in the clinic.
