I am incredibly disappointed to hear that the SHC at Robert Peel will now only run 1 day per week especially considering I last had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment after numerous calls of queues. When there is clearly a desperate need, it is very frustrating to hear of the closure.

I require regular treatment following an incredibly traumatic incident where the wonderful ladies at the clinic have been so unbelievably supportive.

Now as I do not drive, I am appalled that the only option I now have is to go to Burton with a dire lack of public transport options. I would also like to highlight that Tamworth has a larger population so I cannot quite understand the rationale behind this devastating decision.

Hi FDX,

Firstly can I just say thank you for your valuable feedback regarding Tamworth. We as a service are all in agreement that the set up at Tamworth is insufficient. We are currently in the process of exploring other options and premises available.

I would like to let you know that, although we have reduced the number of days, we do now have an increased face to face appointments than the number we previously had.
