"A great team of people"

As someone who works in the NHS, I found it very difficult being on the other end of the appointment and given the nature of the appointment I felt very vulnerable and nervous. I cannot commend the team who I dealt with more highly in their care, their communication throughout the appointment and their overall demeanor. They did everything they could to make me feel at ease and I want to let them know how much I appreciated this. What a great team of people! Your kindness did more for me than you will ever know.
