I was exposed to asbestos in the early 80's and now suffer from pulmonary fibrosis. I am under the care of Forth Valley Hospital pulmonary department.
They are a fantastic department looking afer me to my best expectation. I have just finished a six week pulmonary rehab course, run by the pulmonary department, this course involved two classes a week, involving excerise, health/pulmory talks and general help and advice. This course has been a great help to me, both physically and mentally.
