It’s very obvious how much work has gone into improving access to the surgery and accessing support. I’ve needed so much help recently and the new form system to access an appointment is really good. Access to other services seems to have been separated out to relieve the doctors and everything seems so efficient and you can get help much more easily which is much better when you are already distressed. Everyone is so kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. You’ve done an amazing job of managing such a difficult situation with so many demands and the difference is so noticeable. Thank you so much for all your help and support. I’ve been so poorly and you’ve helped me so much. I’m very grateful. Thank you to everyone at the practice you are brilliant.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for your positive feedback and we are happy that our new online triage system is working well for you, and we strive to keep improving for our patients. There has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes to make this happen and we are glad that this is improving the experience that our patients have at the practice.

We are fortunate to have additional members of staff in our team now which include First Contact Practitioners who specialise in Musculo-skeletal issues (joint pain), Mental Health Practitioners, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Associate and a Diabetes Specialist Nurse.

The benefit of having Specialised Practitioners based in the practice means that our patients can be seen sooner without having to wait for a referral to the hospital which could take a lot longer.
